Lego Lovers

Parker and Dallin have really been enjoying Legos lately. At the end of July we found this Lego set on clearance at Fry's for half off. I told Dallin I would get it for his birthday. But as soon as we got home he and Parker ripped it open. I can't say I tried very hard to stop them. It kept them busy for the next couple days.

The boys will usually start the sets themselves and then turn them over to Aaron or I to finish. They're always in awe over the final product although it doesn't usually stay together very long. This set is now in pieces in the Lego bucket.

One of the things that makes a great Lego set are the mini-figures. This set had some cool green goblin guys and knights. It also had some chains that Dallin loved.

I love Legos too. They keep the boys entertained and their minds working. Just don't make me find the Legos with my feet. That's where the love story goes sour.

How great is it that your boys love a TOY that keeps their MINDS working?!

I can't believe you finished that one thing for them. My boy will be out of luck!

He really loves his Legos. I think I would be fine with building things at the end, but not with the losing of little hard plastic rectangles either.
