Happy 4th!

The boys participated in our neighborhood 4th of July parade and program this year. Dallin rode his bike (with training wheels) through the parade all by himself. We were really proud that he made it all the way because we've had a hard time getting him to switch from his tricycle. After the parade we gathered at the Harvey's for a short program. There was a flag ceremony and Parker and several other kids read a poem about America. And to top it all off we had doughnuts, otter pops, and lots of cold water. We were all a little wet by the time we got home!

I heard you tell Aaron to go back and get your camera (the morning of the parade), did you get more pictures? I wish I could do a post with just one picture! So short and sweet, but as the say, to the point! I guess that's just not my style. I love how all of your boys are doing their own thing! Your big flag is really cool.

Happy (late) 4th! Amelia is like Dallin--very hesitant to ride her big girl bike after taking that fall WAY earlier this year. She promised me that when she turns five she'll ride it again. She'll turn five right around when the whether turns nice again, so hopefully that will be perfect timing!
